Shipping policy

We aim to process orders within 24 to 48 hours for speedy delivery. Depending on your location, your package will be shipped and arrive at your doorstep within 4-14 business days. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days, contact us immediately so we can resolve any shipping issues and offer you a future discount after verifying that the order was delayed. Our products ship from the United States unless the product sells out of stock and is no longer available in our US-based warehouse. In this case, products will be sourced from another supplier or location around the World. Products manufactured in the United States will always be shipped from the US and usually are delivered within 10 business days. The Glow Shaver is only warehoused in China.
