Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Returns Policy Description

  1. Don't hesitate to contact Astrennick and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
  2. We will investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.
  3. To start a return, contact us at contactus@astrennick.com before returning a product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases, we will either refund your purchase or replace your purchased product.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as some beauty products). Depending on the manufacturer, some cosmetic products are eligible for return. Used cosmetics can not be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item or items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched, a full refund will be issued. You must email us immediately. Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges can vary and are determined by our courier company. Once we know, we will inform you. 

Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, personalized and/or customized products. In the unlikely event that you change your mind or if a mistake has been realized on the customized order and you would like to cancel or make a change, please email us within an hour of ordering, otherwise your order may have already been processed and a refund cannot be given.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 16 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
